The band also features talented vocal and instrumental soloists, performing a wide variety of popular, classical, and patriotic selections.

The Shades of Blue Jazz Ensemble is a group of professional enlisted musicians whose repertoire ranges from traditional big band jazz, to bebop and swing, to modern jazz. Midwest Winds is a dynamic chamber ensemble that serves as an ambassador of the US Air Force Band of Mid-America. The musical reach of this ensemble is wide, existing primarily as a conventional wind quintet (flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, horn), but can easily transform into various chamber music configurations. The core members consist of five active-duty airmen who have an abundance of professional experience and strong pedagogical backgrounds.

The Liberty Clarinet Quartet is committed to honoring and inspiring our military and civilian audiences by presenting a wide range of musical literature, from traditional classical repertoire to marches and light pop.
